Bearings, suspension and steering issue: took car to get tire changed and ever since the bearins and steering is off. Steering wheel shakes once i try to go faster than 55 mph.

Kia dealership rotated tires. Rear driver side tire flew off vehicle within 2 blocks of dealership service department. All lugs missing. Extensive damage to rear end dealership claims all lug nuts were properly attached and the attachment was witnessed by 2 technicians.
