I was going to my sister-in-laws house to pick up my son. While going about 55mph down a rural road i seen a flash on the road that seemed to come from the front left tire and realized my kia had caught fire. I pulled to the side of the road and immediately ran to the nearest house for help. It was only a matter of seconds and my whole vehicle was on fire.

My horn stopped working. My transmission went completely out and was repaired a little after a year the transmission completely went out again. The vehicle also stops accelerating. The sorrento seem like a hazardous vehicle and i can't believe there are absolutely no recalls on certain issues. I have read other issues and i'm seeing i'm not the only one with the same issues.

Parked vehicle, front driver side door fails to open from outside handle but will open from inside handle. Keyless entry click doesn't sound like it's working right as well. Kinda weak sounding. Hello, it seems that the recall sc 089 that was done on my kia did not fix the issue with the transmission. Kia should come up with the better solution cause there is a high risk of the transmission failure. We had the same issue with our transmission as described on sc 089 and almost crashed on the highway. Kia dealer said it is not their issue cause the repair was done. The shift gears wont move. The gear will stay in drive. Won't go into reverse or park. When i have to put veh in reverse i have to hold gear in reverse. There has been times when i had to leave my keys in the ignition, leave car in neutral and have emergency brake down.
