2014 Kia Sorento Oil Capacity

The 2014 Kia Sorento oil capacity is 5.3 qt for the G4KE engine and 6.0 qt for the G6DM engine. Both engines use 5W-30 oil, so choose the capacity that matches your engine rather than relying on the vehicle year alone.

The listed capacity is the engine’s stated oil amount; the engine code determines which figure applies. The facts provided do not specify trim differences or other oil-service details. If you cannot confirm which engine is in your Sorento, check the door jamb or the owner’s manual.

Use the owner’s manual for the recommended oil-change procedure and to confirm the correct amount for your vehicle. If a capacity or oil specification is not listed here, confirm it on the door jamb or in the owner’s manual.
