2021 Kia Sorento Oil Capacity

The 2021 Kia Sorento oil capacity is 6.1 qt for both engines listed here. The recommended oil viscosity differs by engine code: G4KM uses 0W-20, while G4KP uses 0W-30. Match the code for your vehicle rather than choosing a viscosity based only on the model year.

These figures apply to the engine codes shown in the listed facts; they do not establish a different capacity for another trim or engine. Check the engine code in your vehicle information, and confirm any capacity or oil specification not listed here on the door jamb or in the owner’s manual. Use the manual’s service guidance when checking the amount needed during an oil change, since the listed capacity is a reference figure.
