Door locks will not open from outside the door lock assembly has broken on two of my doors, the passenger front and the driver side rear. This is clearly a problem based on the amount of complaints and should be recalled. There is no guarantee if you get them fixed, with original kia parts, that it will not happen again. This clearly is a safety problem.

Takata recall. My drivers side passenger door will not open from the inside or outside. When i contacted the dealer they told me that it isn't covered under warranty anymore. If there were an emergency, accident were the driver was unresponsive, a responder could not open the door from the outside to reach the driver.
